On Thursday, 12/01/05, 9:30am, Rights 101 Oregon will be attending the weekly meeting of the Multnomah County Board of Commissioners, at which our county will issue a proclamation honoring the life and legacy of Rosa Parks on the 50th Anniversary of her 12/01/55 bus ride that moved the struggle for civil rights and human dignity from the courts to the streets. We wholeheartedly encourage you to join us.This event will occur at 501 SE Hawthorne Blvd on the ground floor.
